This largest of North American woodpeckers resembles a pterodactyl flying overhead. He is also quite handsome in his smart red cap.
Miniature paintings (no bigger than 25" sq.) are special treasures. They have the same level of detail as larger works, requiring tiny brushes and a special level of concentration. I need to take frequent breaks when working on them.
• 5” x 5” plus a 1” white border • Hand signed giclée print of my original acrylic painting • Printed on archival Epson Velvet Fine Art 100% cotton heavy paper • Packaged in an archival clear sleeve and backer board
